Xplore Spaceman. The timing was perfect when I met Joy at a Chamber networking event at Chester Zoo several months ago. Xplore! had not long moved to a new town-centre location which boasted a much better shop and cafe offer but sales following the pandemic were affected significantly. Joy met the team and immediately set to work on a short-term plan with the introduction of some quick wins before presenting back some longer-term, higher investment solutions to increase sales. The post-pandemic fallout on the highstreet has been stark but now at least Xplore! is much better positioned to capitalise on footfall as it starts to pick up.
